Each Session is Customized for You

Tracey's approach is individualized, integrative, clinical, and holistic. It combines muscular therapies and other modalities to best fit your unique needs.

Sessions may include techniques such as neuromuscular massage, myofascial release, focused trigger point work, sports massage, energy work, light traction, foot massage, muscle testing, flower essences, essential oils, and stretching. Your bodywork session may or may not require the removal of clothing and only small amounts of lotions or oils are used, as needed. Please arrive dressed in loose, comfortable clothing, or workout attire so we can focus on your issues of muscular pain relief, pain management, stress, or anxiety.
