Your massage therapy/ custom bodywork sessions starts with a clinical conversation about what are you noticing in your body and what your needs are for today’s session. Always making sure you are comfortable, Tracey starts your session by stretching, doing breathwork, incorporating flower essences(if appropriate) and aromatherapy as needed followed by the bodywork. Throughout the session, she may stop and have you get up and walk around to check how you are feeling or what is different and where to focus on next.
