LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Tracey Samples is a licensed massage therapist and mentor with nearly 40 years of experience working with clients. Her aim is to reduce pain and tension, which in turn helps achieve improved flexibility, range of motion, less anxiety, and an overall sense of balance and peace.

Sessions begin with a clinical conversation about what clients are noticing in their bodies, what their needs are for the session, and what their comfort level is. The session then starts with stretching, breathwork, aromatherapy if needed, and the incorporation of flower essences (if applicable). Once the massage therapy/custom bodywork sessions begin, Tracey may stop to have her clients stand and move around to check how they are feeling and where to focus next to achieve their best desired outcome.
